your personal message you wish to include with your gifts and complete billing address to orders@thesweetbasket.com We will contact you to confirm your order and obtain your payment details shortly thereafter. Please note we also accept Word and Excel attachments.

offer corporate billing upon credit approval. Please contact
us if you wish to submit an application for a corporate gift
account.

The billing address submitted with your gift order must correspond to the billing address and customer name provided.
For your protection, our office verifies against the billing address and customer name provided. It is at the discretion of our office to cancel any order we deem suspicious.
All online transactions are encrypted through the use of Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) Credit card processing is done in real time.

If our office receives an order which appears to be incomplete (personal note, delivery address, etc), you will be contacted within 24 hours via telephone at the number provided and followed up with an email.
After two unsuccessful attempts, if we do not receive a reply your gift order may result in a cancellation.
If the billing address is overseas, you will be contacted via email only.
